As all of our items are handmade and made to order, we aim to despatch within
7-10 working days of your orders being placed.
Delivery and Returns Policy
If you’re not happy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will happily accept returns if your product is faulty and you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If the return is due to a faulty product or the return of an incorrect item then return postage will be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) is not in its original condition or reduce the refund amount if the value of the item(s) has been reduced.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method and will not include the original postage costs (if applicable).
All of our items ship with Royal Mail on a 2nd Class service.
Royal Mail advise 3-5 working days for delivery.
Depending on the size of your order, we may send your items in two separate parcels.
United States Deliveries
Due to the value of our goods falling under the $800 threshold, we do not anticipate our goods will carry an Import Tax. However, if your order pushes you above your personal allowance of imported goods, you will be contacted by US Customs in order to pay the fee before your order can be delivered. We do not take responsibility for the fee applicable in this circumstance. The goods will have been despatched from Curiosity Corner at that point and it will be your personal responsibility to settle any import charge issued by US Customs.
